摘要
为将顶管机用于煤矿井下,针对矿用掘进设施的新工艺,采用两级运动行程,设计了反向拔管装置和工具管夹具,研制一种具有出力大、同步性高和易拔管等特点的新型主顶机构。该机构通过实验测试,达到了相应标准的要求,取得了良好的效果。
In order to apply the pipe-jacking machine at underground coal mine, aims at the new technology for mine excavation facilities, utilizes a two-stage campaign trip to design the reverse extubation units and tool holders. Develops a big, synchronized, high output, easy removal and other characteristics of the new institution. The agency passes the test, and meets the requirements of corresponding standards, which achieves the good results.
