摘要 电动机故障信号通常采用时频分析方法处理。传统的时频分析方法都有各自的局限。HHT方法(赫-黄变换)首先利用经验模态分解将原信号分解成若干个固有模态函数之和,再对各固有模态分量进行Hilbert变换,得出信号的Hilbert谱和边际谱,然后找出原信号的特征频率成分。研究表明,用HHT方法能有效地提取鼠笼式电动机转子断条的故障特征。 The time-frequency analysis methods are usually used to process the signal of motor fault. But the traditional ones are featured with some limitations. The HHT (Hilbert-Huang Transform) method decomposes the original signal into a number of intrinsic mode function. First, by the empirical mode decomposition, carries out the Hilbert transform for each component of intrinsic mode function. Their summation will offer the Hilbert spectrum and the marginal spectrum, from which may search out the characteristic frequency component of the original signal. The study indicates that the HHT method is valid for extracting the rotor-bar breakage fault character for the squirrel-cage motor.
