Design of Automatic Alarm Parking Device in Hoist Tail Rope

针对矿井多绳摩擦提升机尾绳在运行中发生异常状况容易被拉断的情况,提出了一种简单实用的自动报警停车装置,即在原尾绳刚性框架机构的基础上,增加一台自动报警停车保护装置。该装置经生产实践和反复检验,工作可靠、效果明显。

The multi-rope friction of hoist＇ s tail rope is easy to be pulled in the abnormal condition when operation, proposes a simple and practical automatic alarm device for parking. On the basis of original tail rope steel frame structure, adds one automatic alarm parking protection device. After the production and test repeatly, this device works reliable and has obviously effect.
