摘要
微能力是领导干部适应微时代所需的特殊能力。微能力的特殊功能是组织凝聚、媒介交流、意见表达。在微时代,由于领导干部面临着诸多新问题,需要不断提升自身的微能力,包括转换角色,深入基层;重视学习,包容质疑;积极参与,正确引导;自律其身,接受监督。新时期的领导干部,需要适应新形势,学会与微博打交道,在提高其他能力的同时提升自身的微能力,发挥领导力产生的功能。
Micro--ability is the special ability required by the leading cadres to adapt to the Micro Age. The special func- tions of micro--ability are organizational cohesion, media communication and expression of opinions. In this Micro Age, as the leading cadres are facing many new problems,they need to continuously improve their micro--abilities,including role transfor- mation, grassroots immersion; paying attention to learning, tolerating doubts; actively participating, and correct guidance~ self-- discipline, and accepting supervision. The leading cadres in the new era should be adapted to the new situations, learn to deal with micro--blogs,improve their micro--abilities while raising other abilities so as to play the role of leadership skills.
