针对锅炉钢柱脚的埋深问题进行了讨论,给出了锅炉钢柱脚埋深的具体的可操作的取值方法。锅炉钢柱脚不论采用铰接柱脚,还是采用固接柱脚,都是通过相应的可靠连接件来达到传力要求和强度要求的。锅炉钢柱脚的埋深规定基本上是根据连接件的尺寸确定的,只是过去没给出明确的说法。它与真正埋入式固接柱脚的埋深要求有本质区别。锅炉行业在实际设计中对锅炉钢柱脚埋深的选取是能确保安全的。
This document provided the detailed operable depth determined method regarding to the embedded depth of boiler steel column base after discussing. No matter adopt the hinge joint or solid joint, the boiler steel column base meet the load transferring requirements and strength requirements by relative reliable connection parts. However, there is no specific instruction about this issue. It is the essential difference compared with embedded depth requirements of real embedded solid joint. The boiler steel column base embedded depth selection during practical design of boiler industry could guarantee the safety.
