摘要
由于技术的局限性,目前等离子点火一般只在烟煤锅炉上应用。通过从冷态调平试验、相关逻辑优化、冷态制粉方法、送粉系统相关参数在线监控、燃烧调整等方面入手,系统介绍了等离子点火技术在中储式贫煤燃烧锅炉上的实现方法。同时针对调试过程中等离子点火出现的一些问题也给出了相应的措施,机组启动调试期间,如:蒸汽吹管、空冷岛热态冲洗、空负荷试验等关键环节等离子点火器的成功使用,节省了大量的燃油,取得良好的经济效益。
Due to the limitations of technology, at present the plasma ignition is only applied in boiler for bituminous coal. Introduced the process of indirect firing boiler with plasma ignition in the aspects of cold leveling test, optimizing logic, monitor online of parameter about pulverized coal feeder and combustion adjusting. Countermeasures supplied for the questions of plasma ignition in course of debugging. Appropriate nature of coal, it realized steam blowout, hot cleaning of air cold system and no-load test with less oil and better economy.
