Pressure Dynamic Parameter Analysis and Debugging of Rewinding Machine Roller

对复卷机压纸辊压力控制原理进行分析。考虑复卷过程中由于纸卷直径变化产生的加速度和重力对压纸辊压力的影响,应用比例阀放大器,给出一个基于PLC的压力控制方案,给出压力曲线,通过PLC程序查询事先存入的压力曲线即可实现压纸辊的压力控制。

For rewinding machine roller pressure control principle is analyzed, taking into account the rewinding process because of the diameter changes of the acceleration effect on the pressure roller pressure. Application of proportional valve amplifier, a pressure control scheme based on PLC and a pressure curve is given. The pressure curve in advance deposit be inquired by PLC program can realize pressure roller pressure control.
