摘要 通过在苯并噁嗪树脂中加入丙酮处理前后的不同长度,不同掺入量的短玻纤,制备了短切玻璃纤维增强苯并噁嗪复合材料。研究了玻璃纤维上浆剂、短切玻璃纤维的长度以及掺入量对复合材料力学和热性能的影响,对复合材料的弯曲断裂面进行了微观分析。 The chopped glass fiber reinforced benzoxazine resin composite was prepared by incorporating the benzoxazine resin with different length and amount of glass fiber which is treated with acetone. The influence of glass fibers sizing agent, the length and content of the chopped glass fibers on the mechanic properties and heat resistance of the composites were studied. Microscopic analysis of curved rupture surface of the composite was carried out.
