摘要
该研究旨在编制高校教师科研倦怠感问卷并探讨问卷的信度与效度,问卷以Maslach情绪枯竭问卷通用版为基础,并通过开放式问卷广泛征集了高校教师科研倦怠的表现形式,经过预测修订后,最终问卷包含3个维度22个项目,正式施测共回收519份有效问卷,通过探索性因素分析、信度分析与项目分析、效度分析等方法对数据进行处理。结果表明《高校教师科研倦怠感问卷》的内部一致性信度、效标关联效度、区分度、结构效度、收敛效度与区别效度均达到了测量学的要求。
The study developed the college teacher' s science - research burnout inventory and analysed its reliability and validaty. Our scale was based on Maslach Burnout Inentory General Survey and expression form of college teacher' s science - research burnout collected through open - ended questionnaire. The final scale contained three dimensions and twenty - two items after the pre - survey and revision. We got 519 valid scales in the formal investigation. We analyzed the data by EFA (exploratory factor analysis), reliability analysis, item analysis, validity analysis. These results indicated that the college teacher' s science - research burnout inventory had good interhal consistency reliability, criterion - related validity, item discrimination, construct validity, convergent validity, discriminant validity.
