摘要 研究灰铸铁化学成分对抗拉强度Rm的影响,应该侧重于参数排序的综合影响方面。采用灰色理论详细分析了灰铸铁化学成分对抗拉强度的影响及其排序,通过大量计算,得到了灰铸铁化学成分对抗拉强度的影响排序结果。研究结果表明:在这些化学元素中,碳当量CE对抗拉强度影响最大,锡Sn的含量影响最小,而C,Si/C,Si,Mn/S,Mn和Cu依次介于它们之间,研究结果为进一步研究灰铸铁抗拉强度和新性能灰铸铁提供了重要的依据。 The influences of gray cast iron chemical composition on tensile strength Rm should be emphasized on research of the comprehensive influence of the parameters sequencing. The comprehensive influence of gray iron chemical composition on tensile strength and the sequencing have been analyzed in details by using grey theory. The influence ordering of these chemical compositions has been obtained with a lot of calculation, which has showed that CE effects on the tensile strength of grey iron most of these elements while Sn content smallest, and C, Si/C, Si, Mn/S, Mn and Cu were between them successively. The result would be important for further research of tensile strength of grey iron and development of grey iron with new properties.
