Development and Application of Multifunctional Replacing Canopy Device

针对采煤工作面上、下副巷传统的替棚工艺存在的费工、费时、安全系数低的问题,设计、加工、应用了液压油缸及液压附属件组成的多功能替棚装置,经过现场反复试验和改进,达到了省工、省时、安全系数高的预期效果,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Aiming at the problems of wasting labor ,wasting time and low safety factor of traditional replacing canopy technique in up and dow n auxiliary lane of mining face ,multifunctional replacing canopy device composed of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic attachment has been designed ,processed and applied ,predictive effect of sav‐ing labor ,saving time and high safety factor has been achieved by the field test and improvement ,w hich has a certain application value .
