Based on ownership affirmation registry of rural house foundation and the construction of cadastral management information management system ,the paper discusses the importance of data preparation work ,land ow nership investigation ,measurement methods and enterprise treatment ,and presents the skills and methods of various stages ,which will help the measurement work of rural house foundation cadastral .
