摘要 根据目前高职化学实验课的特点和在教学方面存在的问题,探索高职食品专业化学实验教学改革,培养学生创新能力,提高学生综合素质,提高教学质量。结合专业特色调整教学内容,进行二级学科的整合与优化,紧跟学科发展延伸课堂信息,采用实验室开放等措施收到了良好的教学效果。 According to the characteristics of chemical experiment course in Higher Vocational College and in teaching the existing problems, to explore the teaching reform of chemical experiment course of food specialty in higher vocational education, to cultivate students' innovation ability, improve the comprehensive quality of students, ways and methods to improve the quality of teaching. Combining with the professional characteristic adjusting teaching contents, integration and optimization of two level of discipline, fonow the discipline development extends the classroom information, open laboratory measures received a good teaching effect.
