超声分析孕20-26周胎盘血池大小对胎儿脐静脉血流量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的通过超声测量分析孕20-26周胎盘血池大小及其对胎儿脐静脉血流量的影响。方法180例孕20-26周正常单胎,按有无血池及血池体积是否大于20cm^3分为正常组、小血池组、大血池组,分别测量胎儿脐静脉血流量、左门静脉分流率等指标,并进行方差分析。结果大血池组各指标与正常组、小血池组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),小血池组各指标与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论孕20-26周,体积大于20cm^3的胎盘血池能够影响胎儿的脐静脉循环。. Objective To investigate the impacts of placental lakes on fetal umbilical vein blood flow at 20-26 weeks of gestation by Doppler ultrasound. Methods 180 fetuses from uncomplicated singleton pregnancies at 20-26 weeks of gestation were divided into three groups based on the size of the placental lakes: normal group (no placental lakes), small group (the volume of placental lakes ≤20 cm3), and large group (the volume of placental lakes 〉20 cm3). The umbilical vein blood flow (QUV), left portal vein blood flow (QLPV), and QLPV/QUV of the three groups were measured respectively by Doppler ultrasound. The variance analysis was done. Results There was a significant difference in indicators between the large group and the normal, small group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in indicators between the small group and the normal group (P〉0.05). Conclusion The placental lakes whose volume are greater than 20 cm^3 can affect fetal umbilical venous circulation at 20-26 weeks of gestation.
