摘要
创业教育是培养学生创业素质的过程或活动,需要体现蕴涵着文化精神的价值维度。文化精神是指注重自身价值和自由意志、关注人的意义世界和伦理价值世界的自觉意识以及对人的终极关怀的精神自觉。然而,构成高等教育核心竞争力的文化精神已成为现代文明社会的稀缺资源。基于过程哲学的视域,创业教育实践所遭遇的文化困境根源于传统实体思维、科学教育和人文精神的现实背离、工具理性与价值理性的二元分裂。这不仅异化了教育应力图构建的价值和意义世界的本义及其社会功能,也为我们回归文化精神的创业教育模式的设计提供了哲学依据。
Entrepreneurship education is to cultivate qualities needed for future entrepreneurs, of which the humanist spirit is an important dimension. Humanism is demonstrates itself as concern for the humanity, for free will, for the significance of human beings, for the ethical values and for the ultimate welfare of the ecology. The humanist spirit, which should be fundamental for the university, is not declining and even rare. Adopting the perspective of process philosophy, this paper holds that the present predicament with humanism is a consequence to the division between science and liberal educations and between mechanical ration and value ration. Such divisions have alienated education from its own values. This should be of an important consideration when we are designing entrepreneurship education that shall return to the humanist fundamentals.
