摘要
高校与企业组建科研团队开展协同创新是校企合作的重要内容,是服务社会经济发展的重要形式。通过对校企合作科研团队的特质性分析,结合团队成员激励因素调研结果,构建了激励模型并设计了相应激励机制,为校企合作背景下科研团队的可持续发展夯实了基础。
Collaborative innovation by scientific research team is one of the main tasks of university- enterprise cooperation and important forms of serving society and economy. By analyzing characteristics of university-enterprise cooperation research team, this paper constructs an incentives model and puts forward an incentives mechanism in order to provide a basis for healthy, effective and sustainable development of scientific research team.
