Educational quality is the lifeline for higher vocational colleges and is the basis for their survival and development. Total quality management/control （TQM/TQC） provides an effective management approach for its continuous improvement. This customer-oriented management aims to improve the educational and teaching quality in all aspects, throughout the whole process and comprehensive quality management so as to promote quality education, which is helpful to implementing the high-quality skilled talents training. Correspondingly, customers feel satisfied and all staff of the organization and the society can benefit a lot, thus achieving the goal of the sustainable development of higher vocation colleges.
