新疆托克逊县苏贝什金矿床位于塔里木板块与哈萨克斯坦板块缝合线——阿其克库都克(苏贝什)大断裂附近,区域上铜金矿分布广泛,与热液关系密切。苏贝什金矿位于该断裂带西部,金元素分布广泛,呈弱富集特征,矿区地层主要为奥陶系及二叠系,脉岩较多,金矿化主要与脉岩充填过程中的蚀变作用密切相关,金矿体多为脉状分布,具有变质—热液型金矿床特征。

Gold ore bodies are vein distribution, has the characteristics of metamorphic-hydrothermal type gold deposits.
