基于Vague集的潜艇作战效能评估

Combat Capability Evaluation of Submarine Based on Vague Sets

针对现有潜艇作战效能评估方法不能全面反映专家不确定评价信息的问题,提出了一种基于Vague集的潜艇作战效能评估方法。该评估方法利用专家评价的合成Vague集与潜艇作战效能理想Vague集之间的加权贴近度进行潜艇作战效能评估。在专家权重求取上,采用贴近度赋权算法对各作战效能要素分别赋权,以反映专家对各作战效能要素评价的差异性。仿真实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Aiming at the problem of existing efficiency evaluation methods of submarine combat capability, not fully reflecting experts＇ evaluation information, an efficiency evaluation method based on Vague sets was presented. The weighted close-degree between combined expert evaluating Vague sets and ideal combat capability Vague sets of submarine was used to evaluate the efficiency evaluation value of submarine combat capability. On the aspect of experts＇ weights, in order to reflecting the difference of experts＇ evaluation, a close-degree weighting algorithm was adopted to obtain experts＇ weight for every combat capability elements. A simulation example showed the effectiveness.
