益气活血利水法治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure by Yiqi Huoxue Lishui therapy

目的：观察益气活血利水法治疗张型心肌病心力衰竭临床疗效。方法：将90例扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上,应用益气活血利水法治疗,15d为1个疗程,观察治疗2~3个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率为91.3%,对照组总有效率为81.8%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：益气活血利水法治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭临床有效。

Objective： To observe clinical effects ofYiqi Huoxue Lishui therapy on dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure. Methods： 90 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group was given routine western medicine treatment, while the treatment group was given Yiqi Huoxue Lishui therapy more, 15 days for 1 course, two groups were given 2-3 courses of treatment. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group （91.3%） was significantly better than that （81.8%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical effects of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui therapy were confirmed.
