针药结合治疗围绝经期综合征60例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of perimenopausal syndrome by acupuncture plus medicine

目的:观察针药结合治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组,药物组60例,采用口服尼尔雌醇,2mg/次,2次/月,连续治疗3个月;针药组60例,在药物治疗的基础上应用针刺方法,选取肾俞、三阴交、合谷、太冲、列缺、公孙为主穴,治疗3个月进行临床疗效评价。结果:针药组总有效率为95.00%,药物组为81.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗围绝经期综合征疗效确切,具有临床应用和推广价值。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupuncture and medicine on perimenopausal syndrome. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in drug group were given nilestriol orally, 2mg each time, 2 times in 1 month, treating 3 consecutive months; 60 cases in acupuncture and medicine group received acupuncture more, choosing Shenshu, Sanyinjiao, Hegu, Taichong, Lieque, Gongsun as the main point, clinical efficacy was evaluated in 3 months. Results： The total efficacy in acupuncture and medicine group was 95.00%, in the drug group was 81.67%, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus medicine were confirmed with good efficacy on perimenopausal syndrome, and were worthy of clinical promotion.
