“脏虚络痹”识消渴

Knowledge of diabetes from Zangxu Luobi

中医消渴其实包括西医学糖尿病及其血管、神经等并发症,但目前对消渴基本病机的概括往往只能反映该病的某一个阶段,或某一、两个证型的实质,缺乏把握该病总体基本病机的整体概括,从而影响临证时辨证论治的准确性及用药的全局性。笔者根据导师邱幸凡教授的理论与临床研究成果,运用"脏虚络痹"来概括和认识消渴总体基本病机,旨在为临证治疗该病提供一点帮助。

According to theory and clinical research by Professor QIU Xing-fan, Under the application of Zangxu Luobi to summarize and understand the basic pathogenesis of diabetes, in order to provide some help for treating diabetes in clinic.
