自拟中药方治疗急性疱疹性口炎33例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 33 cases of acute herpetic stomatitis in TCM

目的:观察自拟中药方治疗急性疱疹性口炎的临床有效性。方法:将66例急性疱疹性口炎患者随机分为两组,每组33例。对照组给予阿昔洛韦片口服并配合0.05%洗必泰溶液漱口;治疗组给予自拟中药方(金银花、板蓝根、生黄芪各30g,连翘、虎杖各12g,芦根15g,山栀、黄芩各9g,淡竹叶6g,甘草3g)汤药含漱并服用。结果:治疗组有效率为90.9%,对照组有效率为81.8%。两组疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:自拟中药方对于急性疱疹性口炎的治疗疗效显著,毒副作用小,值得推广。

Objective： To observe clinical effectiveness of the self-prescription on acute herpetic stomatitis. Methods： 66 patients with acute herpetic stomatitis were randomly divided into two groups, 33 cases for each. The control group was given acyclovir tablets and 0.05% chlorhexidine mouthwash; the treatment group was given the self-prescription （Honeysuckle 30g, Radix 30g, Astragalus 30g, Forsythia 12g, Polygonum 12g, Reed rhizome 15g, Gardenia 9g, Skullcap 9g, Short bamboo 6g, Licorice 3g） decoction, which was used to gargle and take. Results： The effective rate in the treatment group was 90.9%, and in the control group it was 81.8%. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）, effects in the treatment group were better. Conclusion： Effect of the self-prescription for acute herpetic stomatitis is significant and has less toxic, and it worths promoting.
