疏血通联合丹参粉针治疗老年不稳定心绞痛的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating unstable angina pectoris in old with Shuxue Tong plus Danshen Fen injection

目的:观察疏血通联合丹参粉针对老年不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效和血液生化指标的影响。方法:给予不稳定心绞痛治疗组的30例患者疏血通6m L及丹参粉针0.4g静脉滴注14d,并设对照组30例,对照组只静滴丹参粉针。观察两组的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。结果:联合治疗组临床总有效率为89.3%,对照组为64.1%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用疏血通及丹参粉针治疗不稳定心绞痛较单用丹参粉针疗效增加,安全性高。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy and effects of blood biochemical indexes of Shuxuetong plus Danshen Fen injection on unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Methods： 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with 6mL of Shuxuetong and plus 0.4g Danshen Fen injection through intravenous drip for 14 days; 30 cases in the control group were given Danshen Fen injection solo. Clinical effects and the change of hemorrheologic characteristics in both were observed. Results： The total efficacy in treatment group was 89.3%, and in control group was 64.1%. The difference in both was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shuxue Tong plus Danshen Fen injection showed better efficacy and high safety.
