中医结合交锁髓内针治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating fractures of the tibia and fibula in the lower segment in TCM plus interlocking intramedullary nail

目的:观察中医结合交锁髓内针治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折的临床效果。方法:将105例胫腓骨中下段骨折患者分成研究组55例和对照组50例。所有患者都使用交锁髓内针进行治疗,同时对研究组的患者采用中医外治法进行治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、术后48h的疼痛情况、肿胀消退时间、骨折愈合时间。结果:两组相比,研究组治疗的总有效率较高,48h后疼痛更轻,肿胀消退时间、骨折愈合时间都更短。结论:中医结合交锁髓内针能有效地提高对胫腓骨中下段骨折的治疗效果,缩短临床恢复的时间。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM plus interlocking intramedullary nail on fractures of the tibia and fibula in the lower segment. Methods： 105 patients were randomly divided into study group of 55 cases and control group of 50 cases. All patients were given interlocking intramedullary nail, and the study group was given TCM therapy more. Effects, pain after 48 hours, swelling time, healing time of fracture in two groups were compared. Results： In the study group, efficacy was better, pain after 48 hours was less, swelling time and healing time was shorter. Conclusion： TCM plus interlocking intramedullary nail can effectively improve clinical effects, shorten clinical recovery time.
