消风散合五味消毒饮在面部皮肤过敏中的治疗效果

Clinical observation on treating facial skin allergies with Xiaofeng San and Wuwei Xiaodu Yin

目的：对消风散合五味消毒饮在面部皮肤过敏中的治疗效果进行分析。方法：选取我院2012年8月-2013年5月期间,在面部皮肤过敏门诊收治的患者60例进行分析,将患者分为实验组和对照组,每组30例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,实验组给予消风散合五味消毒饮治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果：经过治疗,对照组治疗总有效率96.67%,实验组治疗总有效率100.00%,两组治疗总有效率无明显差异,但实验组患者痊愈者占80.00%,明显高于对照组痊愈者所占比例50.00%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随访1~2年,对照组4例复发,实验组3例复发,两组复发率无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：消风散合五味消毒饮在治疗面部皮肤过敏中能起到活血、止痒的作用,在临床上值得推广。

Objective： To analyze clinical effects of Xiaofeng San and Wuwei Xiaodu Yin on facial skin allergies. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routinewestern medicine, and another was given Xiaofeng San and Wuwei Xiaodu Yin. Results： The total efficacy in the control group was 96.67%, in the treatment it was 100.00%, the difference was no statistically significant. The cure rate in the treatment group was 80.00%, obviously higher than 50.00% in the control. Conclusion： Xiaofeng San and Wuwei Xiaodu Yin was confirmed with Huoxue and itching, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
