摘要
目的:探讨真武汤加减治疗慢性肾衰30例临床疗效。方法:选取60例患者,随机分为两组,治疗组服真武汤加减,对照组服尿毒清颗粒。结果:两组疗效差异显著(P<0.05),治疗前后CCr、SCr、BUN差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤加减治疗慢性肾衰疗效好,具有临床意义。
Objective： To study effects of the Zhenwu decoction on chronic renal failure. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given the Zhenwu decoction; another was given the Niaoduqing particles. Results： Effects in two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; after treatment, CCr, SCr, BUN in two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Zhenwu decoction shows obvious effects on chronic renal failure, and was confirmed with clinical significance.
