摘要
目的:探讨股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期的中医临床护理路径应用效果。方法:将60例股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组采用传统护理方法,试验组实施制定中医临床护理路径方法。比较两组患者出院时的满意度、住院期间并发症的发生率以及舒适度。结果:试验组在患者术后恢复、住院期间并发症的发生、住院期间舒适度及出院满意度调查结果等各方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医临床护理路径方法对于股骨粗隆间骨折患者手术后的恢复程度有着积极的影响,住院期间并发症有所降低、舒适度及对护理工作满意度有极大提高。
Objective： To discuss application of TCM nursing route in intertrochanteric fracture perioperative. Methods： 60 patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group, 30 cases for each. The control group was given traditional nursing methods; while the experimental group was given TCM nursing route methods. Satisfaction, the incidence of complications and comfort during hospitalization were compared between two groups. Results： Satisfaction, the incidence of complications and comfort during hospitalization in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing route could reduce the incidence of complications, increase satisfaction and comfort during hospitalization with positive effects.
