中西医结合治疗脑梗死后遗症43例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 43 Cases of Integrative Medicine on Cerebral Infarction Sequela

目的:探讨自拟活血化瘀中药汤剂佐治脑梗死后遗症的疗效。方法:将86例脑梗死后遗症患者随机分为两组,治疗组43例给予自拟活血化瘀中药汤剂和常规西药治疗;对照组43例仅采用西医疗法。比较两组的脑血管血液流变动力学指标水平。结果:治疗组治疗后的血液黏稠性指标水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的血流速度、椎动脉血流量均明显大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的脑血管弹性、通畅性及其自身调节功能均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟活血化瘀中药汤剂佐治脑梗死后遗症能够改善脑血管功能、降低血液黏稠性,提高治疗效果。

Objective： To explore the effects of blood-circulation-activating traditional Chinese drugs on cerebral infarction sequela. Methods： The 86 patients with cerebral infarction sequela were randomly devided into treatment group and control group, each 43 cases. The treatment group was treated with blood-circulation-activating traditional Chinese drugs and routine western medicine, while the control group was only given western medicine. Then the hemorrheology in cerebrovascular was observed. Results： After treatment, the level of blood viscosity of the treatment group is much less than that of control group（P0.05）, while the blood flow rate and arterial blood flow are higher than the other group（P0.05）. Compared with the control group, the brain vascular spring index, graft patency and cerebral autoregulation is much better（ P0.05）. Conclusion：Blood-circulation-activating traditional Chinese drugs can improve cerebrovascular function, reduce blood viscosity and in-crease the efficacy.
