摘要
分析了某出口660MW超临界汽轮机机组高压进汽阀门启动、运行过程的热应力分布情况。通过有限元计算与分析,得到了机组启动过程中主汽阀最大应力出现的时刻和位置,据此提出了优化运行过程中阀门热应力的思路和建议。
The thermal stress of the main steam inlet valve used on some 660 MW supercritical steam turbines during startup and normal operation process is analyzed. Through finite element analysis, the exact time and location of the appearance of the maximum stress in the main steam inlet valve during startup are shown. Also, ideas and suggestions for optimization of valve thermal stress during operation are raised.
