人工泪液在白内障术后干眼症治疗中的应用价值

Application Value of Artificial Tears in the Treatment of Dry Eye After Cataract Surgery

目的探讨人工泪液在白内障患者术后干眼症治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取2009年1月至2012年11月在我院诊治的白内障术后发生干眼症的患者共39例,将其随机分为观察组(20例)和对照组(19例),对照组实施临床常规治疗,观察组实施常规治疗配合人工泪液治疗。比较两组泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验和临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组在泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验方便均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为95.00%,对照组的总有效率为68.42%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对临床中白内障术后发生干眼症的患者实施人工泪液治疗,疗效显著,患者恢复良好,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application value of artificial tears in treating dry eye after cataract surgery. Methods 39 cases of patients with dry eye after cataract surgery treated in our hospital from January 2009 to November 2012 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （20 cases） and control group （19 cases）. The control group received conventional therapy, while the observation group was given routine treatment combined with artificial tears therapy. The rupture time of tear film, tear secretion test and efficacy of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the tear break-up time and the tear secretion test of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistical significant difference （P 〈0.05）, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, the total effective rate of the control group was 68.42%, with statistical significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of artificial tears in treating dry eye after cataract surgery has great effect and good recovery, which is worthy of promotion.
