护理风险管理在急诊科的应用及效果分析

Application and Effect Analysis of Nursing Risk Management in Emergency Department

目的探讨护理风险管理在急诊科的应用及效果。方法以2011年7月至2014年7月我院急诊科收治的300例患者为研究对象,按护理模式的不同分为两组各150例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施护理风险管理模式,比较两组的护理风险事故发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组护理风险事故发生率为8.0%,显著低于对照组的22.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.0%,显著高于对照组的79.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施急诊护理风险管理,有效地提高了急诊护理质量和患者的满意度,具有积极的意义。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing risk management in emergency department. Methods 300 patients in emergency department of our hospital from July 2011 to July 2014 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the nursing mode. Patients in the observation group were given nursing risk management mode, while patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The nursing risk events and patients satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of nursing risk events of observation group was 8.0%, significantly lower than 22.7% of control group （P〈0.05）. The patients＇ satisfaction of the observation group was 96.0%, significantly higher than 79.3% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing risk management has positive significance in emergency department, which effectively improve the quality ofnursin~ and patients＇ satisfaction.
