Adverse Impacts of High Temperature Heat Stress on High Yielding Laying Hens and Coping Strategies

夏季高温应激会对高产蛋鸡的生产性能产生不利影响。综述了高温对蛋鸡采食量,营养物质的代谢、消化和吸收,产蛋量和蛋品质,免疫机能等方面的影响,并提出了应对高温应激对蛋鸡不利影响的策略,以期为蛋鸡养殖业的发展提供参考意见。

Summer high temperature heat stress can produce adverse effect on high yield production performance of laying hens. Effects of high temperature on feed intake, metabolism, digestion and absorption of nutrients, egg production, egg quality and immune function of laying hens were summarized, and countermeasures of adverse effects on laying hens were forwarded to provide a reference for the development of laying hens breeding.
