胰岛素强化治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察胰岛素强化治疗初发2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将72例初发2型糖尿病患者分成3组:口服药组22例(使用磺脲类及双胍类及阿卡波糖类),预混胰岛素组26例(使用诺和灵30R治疗),胰岛素强化组24例(使用诺和灵R及甘精胰岛素治疗),观察治疗2周、4周、12周、36周,比较各组达标时间、低血糖发生率和病情缓解率的差异。结果胰岛素强化组达标时间明显短于其他组,病情缓解率明显高于其他组。结论胰岛素强化治疗能够明显改善受损的胰岛β细胞,恢复分泌胰岛素功能,使患者仅通过饮食和运动控制,即可获得长期良好的血糖控制,从而使病情得到长期缓解。
