变革社会中的医生身份认同及其职业精神重构——解决医患紧张关系的道德哲学思考

Doctor's Identity and Professionalism Reconstruction in a Changing Society:A Moral Philosophical Perspective on Easing the Tense Doctor-patient Relationship

变革社会不仅是社会结构的变革,更是人的思想、心理的深刻变革。变革社会是一个集先进与落后、崇高与卑劣于一体的社会。身处变革社会中的医生自然也具有变革社会的时代气息与特质,在激荡的社会变革中医生的身份认同也产生一定的混乱与危机,而这种混乱与危机正是医患紧张的重要原因。改变医患紧张的关系,医生有责任也有义务。医生应明了其"济世救人"之身份并重构其职业精神。

A changing society implies both of the changes of social structure and the people＇s thinking and minds.It is a collection of an advanced and backward,great and despicable society.Doctors in a changing society have periodic flavor and characteristics of the social transformation,and their identities also produces certain confusion and crisis in the fierce social changes.However,this kind of chaos and crisis are the important reasons of doctor-patient tension.Doctors have the responsibilities and obligations in changing the doctor-patient relationship.Doctors should know their identities of＂salvation＂and reconstruct their professionalism.
