康复护理对脑梗死患者生存质量的影响

Influence of rehabilitation nursing on quality of life of cerebral infarction patients

目的探讨康复护理对脑梗死患者生存质量的影响,以供临床参考。方法 56例脑梗死患者纳入本研究,均在药物治疗的同时辅以康复护理干预。对比护理干预前后患者神经功能缺损程度和生活质量的变化。结果与护理干预前对比,护理干预后患者NIHSS评分明显下降,Barthel指数明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者早期进行科学规范的康复护理干预有助于减轻神经功能缺损程度,提高生活质量,对患者的预后有益。

Objective To investigate the influence of rehabilitation nursing on quality of life of cerebral infarction patients, so as to provide clinical reference. Methods There were 56 patients with cerebral infarction in this study, and they all received rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of drug therapy. Comparisons were made on the changes of degree of nervous functional defects and quality of life before and after intervention. Results Compared with that before intervention, patients had lowered NIHSS score and increased Barthel index after intervention. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early implement of scientific and standardized rehabilitation nursing intervention is helpful for reducing degree of nervous functional defects and improving quality of life, and it is also profitable for patients＇ prognosis.
