摘要
目的分析甲状腺、乳房和腹外疝3种清洁手术抗菌药物预防性使用现状。方法回顾性调查分析某院2013年1~6月期间,共966例患者围手术期抗菌药物预防性使用情况。结果围手术期患者抗菌药预防性应用135例（14.0%）;其中无指征用药1例,药物品种选择不当4例,术前用药时间不当16例,用药时间过长4例。结论围手术期抗菌药物预防性使用基本合理,但仍存在个别药物品种选择不当、用药时间过长等问题。
Objective To analyze the current situation of antimicrobial prophylaxis for patients undergoing clean sur- gical procedure such as inguinal hernia repair,thyroidectomy and breast surgery. Methods During January to June,2013 , a total of 966 cases of patients were retrospective analyzed on the perioperation antibiotic use. Results 135 patients （ 14.0% ） received antimicrobial drug during perioperative period, of which, 1 case had no indication of application ,4 cases selected inap- propriate drugs, 16 cases had improper delivery time, and 4 cases had excess postoperatively use. Conclusion Preventive ap- plication of antibiotics in clean operations is basically reasonable. But there are still problems of inappropriate drug selection, improper timing, duration, and excess postoperatively use.
