中医药配合FOLFOX-4化疗方案治疗晚期直肠癌的疗效分析

A clinical analysis of TCM medicine plus FOLFOX-4 chemotherapy on treating advanced colorectal cancer

目的:探讨分析中医药配合FOLFOX-4化疗方案治疗晚期直肠癌的疗效。方法:选取我科2010年1月-2013年12月收治的70例晚期直肠癌患者,将70例患者分成观察组和对照组,每组35例。给予观察组患者FOLFOX-4化疗方案的基础上配合中医药应用。对照组则是单纯的FOLFOX-4化疗方案。观察两组患者的临床疗效,KPS评分比较,不良反应。结果:经治疗后,观察组总有效率为60.0%,对照组总有效率为34.2%,两组差异对比具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后KPS评分升高率优于对照组,体力状况改善也优于对照组,两组差异对比具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后不良反应低于对照组,两组差异对比具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗晚期直肠癌患者应用FOLFOX-4化疗方案配合中医药能有效提高治疗有效率,两者具有协同效应,可减轻化疗不良反应,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of TCM medicine plus FOLFOX-4 chemotherapy on advanced colorectal cancer. Methods： 70 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 35 cases for each, the observation group was given TCM medicine plus FOLFOX-4 chemotherapy, while the control group was given FOLFOX-4 chemotherapy only. Clincial effects, KPS scores, and side effects were compared between two groups. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency in the observation group （60%） was significantly better than （34.2%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. KPS scores and improvement of physical condition were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Side effects in the observation group were obviously less than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine plus FOLFOX-4 chemotherapy on advanced colorectal cancer could increase clinical efficacy, decrease side effects, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
