摘要
腕踝针属于针灸疗法之一,其适应范围广,几乎涉及临床各科,主要用于各种痛症。其治疗带状疱疹具有镇痛起效快、取穴少、操作简单安全等优点,但目前在作用机理上研究较少,本文通过近年来腕踝针与带状疱疹相关文献对其镇痛机理进行了初步探析。
Wrist-ankle acupuncture is one of acupuncture therapy that adapts to a wide range of clinical subjects, and is mainly used for all kinds of pain. The treatment of herpes-zoster shows advantages of fast onset, fewer acupoints, simple and safe, etc. But studies of mechanism were few. The paper briefly analyzes literatures about the analgesic mechanism of wrist-ankle acupuncture on herpes-zoster in recent years.
