针药结合治疗中风后遗症92例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 92 cases of stroke sequelae by TCM plus acupuncture

目的:探讨针刺结合补阳还五汤治疗脑中风后遗症的综合疗效。方法:选取2009年4月-2013年1月于本院进行治疗的92例脑中风后遗症患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规针刺治疗组)和观察组(常规针刺加补阳还五汤治疗组)每组46例,后将两组患者的总有效率及治疗前后的指数进行比较。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),均有显著性差异。结论:针刺合并补阳还五汤在脑中风后遗症的治疗中综合疗效较好,可较大幅度地减少脑中风后遗症的发生,提高患者的生存能力。

Objective： To discuss clincial effects of TCM plus acupuncture on stroke sequelae. Methods： 92 patients with stroke sequela were randomly divided into the control group （routine acupuncture therapy） and the observation group （routine acupuncture plus the Buyang Huanwu decoction）, 46 cases for each. Index before and after treatment and the total efficiency were compared. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus the Buyang Huanwu decoction could greatly reduce occurrence of stroke sequela and improve patients＇ survivability with better efficacy.
