穴位埋线联合中草药免煎颗粒治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征

Treating IBS with catgut embedding plus free-fried TCM medicine granule

目的:探讨穴位埋线联合中草药免煎颗粒治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效。方法:对照组给予单纯曲美布汀药物治疗;研究组给予穴位埋线联合中草药免煎颗粒治疗,记录两组肠易激综合征患者不同时间段临床疗效,给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果:研究组治疗后临床总有效率高达100.00%,显著高于对照组82.50%(P<0.05);研究组随访6个月及1年临床疗效虽有所下降但并不明显(P>0.05);对照组随访6个月及1年临床疗效较治疗后均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:应用穴位埋线联合中草药免煎颗粒治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征效果显著,可有效降低其疾病复发率,保障患者预后及生活质量。

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of catgut embedding plus free-fried TCM medicine granule on IBS. Methods： The control group was given Trimebutine, while the research group was given catgut embedding plus free-fried TCM medicine granule, clincial effects in different times were analyzed. Results： The total efficiency in the research group （100.00%） was significantly better than that （82.5%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. With 6 months and 1 year of following up, clinical efficacy in the research group was not significantly decreased （P〉0.05）, while in the control group it was significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Catgut embedding plus free-fried TCM medicine granule with good efficacy could obviously decrease recurrence rate, guarantee patients＇ prognosis and quality of life.
