浅针多刺开络行气针法对动脉内壁斑块的作用初探

A preliminary study on treating plaque of lining the arteries by acupuncture therapy

目的:临床观察浅针多刺开络行气针法对颈部血管和下肢血管内壁斑块的治疗作用。方法:将我针灸科门诊病例90例按血管内壁斑块部位和大小分为三组,针灸治疗组30例,针灸配合口服药物对照组30例,口服药物对照组30例。治疗时间为6个月,经彩色多普勒超声检查,对治疗前后血管内壁斑块大小进行对比。结果:浅针多刺开络行气针法对颈部血管内壁斑块和下肢血管内壁斑块都有明显的消退作用,尤其对没有合并高血压、糖尿病、心脏病、高血脂等基础病患者疗效更佳。结论:浅针多刺开络行气针法对血管内壁斑块有很好的治疗作用,能有效预防血管内壁斑块引起的继发疾病。

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of Qianzhen Duoci Kailuo Xingqi acupuncture therapy on plaque of neck vessels and lower extremity vascular wall. Methods： 90 patients were divided into three groups （the acupuncture group, the acupuncture plus medicine oral control group and the medicine oral group） according to location and size of plaque, 30 cases for each. With 6 months of treatment, sizes of plaque in vascular wall before and after treatment by color doppler ultrasound were compared. Results： Qianzhen Duoci Kailuo Xingqi acupuncture therapy could obviously reduce plaque in neck vascular wall and lower extremity vascular wall, especially in patients without hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol and other underlying diseases. Conclusion： Qianzhen Duoci Kailuo Xingqi acupuncture therapy could effectively prevent secondary diseases from plaque of vascular wall with good effects.
