“精毒转化”识消渴

Reasearch on Xiaoke from Jingdu Zhuanhua

目前,中医以"毒"认识消渴病因病机的理论和观点越来越多,也为广大从事消渴理论与临床研究的学者逐渐接受。但就消渴病中毒邪如何产生、输布、排泄,与变证频多有何关系,论述不详,笔者想从"精毒转化"方面对消渴病加以认识,以为临床消渴病的辨证论治及用药提供一点帮助。

Now, pathogenesis theories and ideas of Xiaoke disease from Du were more and more popular, it was also accepted by scholars engaged in clinical research of diabetes theory. But the poisoning, distribution, excretion of Duxie and the relationship between it and syndrome frequency were not avaliable. The author wants to research the disease from Jingdu Zhuanhua, for providing a little help to treatment and medication in clinic.
