益气活血化痰法联合无创辅助通气治疗慢阻肺急性加重期呼吸衰竭疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating respiratory failure of AECOPD by Yiqi Huoxue Huatan therapy plus noninvasive assisted ventilation

目的:对益气活血化痰法联合无创辅助通气疗法治疗慢阻肺急性加重期(AECOPD)呼吸衰竭的临床疗效进行观察。方法:选择急性发作期慢阻肺导致呼吸衰竭的患者63例,随机分成两组,对照组给予常规内科治疗和无创机械通气治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上服用益气活血化痰中药。结果:治疗组在中医临床疗效、血气分析等方面的改善效果强于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血化痰法配合无创机械通气治疗AECOPD衰竭临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan therapy plus noninvasive assisted ventilation on respiratory failure of AECOPD. Methods： 63 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given conventional medical therapy and noninvasive mechanical ventilation, the treatment group was given Yiqi Huoxue Huatan therapy more. Results： The clinical curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Huatan therapy plus noninvasive assisted ventilation showed remarkable effects.
