中药预防草酸钙尿路结石复发的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨中药预防草酸钙尿路结石复发的临床疗效。方法:以我院近两年来接收的98例草酸钙尿路结石患者作为本次的研究对象,以平均分配原则将所有患者平均分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,对照组患者采用常规治疗方式进行治疗,观察组患者则采用中药防控结石复发,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者采用不同的治疗方式进行治疗后其治疗总有率、复发率及治疗后尿钙、尿草酸、尿酸等水平比较均有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予草酸钙尿路结石患者中药辨证治疗可有效的提高治疗效果,减少结石复发,且可改善患者临床症状,具有较高的应用价值,可推广应用。 Objective: To study effects of TCM medicine on relapse of calcium oxalate urinary calculi. Methods: 98 patients were divided into two groups, 49 cases for each. The control group was given routine treatment; another was given TCM medicine. Clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results: The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: TCM medicine differentiation shows obvious effects on calcium oxalate urinary calculi, and was worthy of promotion.
