中西医结合治疗耳胀耳闭的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating ear swelling and ear closed in the integrative medicine

目的:比较中西医结合与单纯西医治疗耳胀耳闭的疗效。方法:将55例耳胀耳闭患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(30例)采用中西医结合方法治疗;对照组(25例)用纯西医方法治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率为63%,有效率为93%;对照组治愈率为40%,有效率为84%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗耳胀耳闭的疗效明显高于单纯西医治疗。

Objective： To contract efficacy of the integrative medicine and western medicine on ear swelling and ear closed. Methods： 55 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （30 cases） was given the integrative medicine; the control group （25 cases） was given western medicine solo. Results： In the treatment group, the cure rate was 63%; efficacy was 93%. In the control, the curative rate was 40%; efficacy was 84%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of the integrative medicine was better.
