中医综合疗法治疗带状疱疹56例

Treating 56 cases of shingles in TCM

目的:为了能够提高我院在带状疱疹方面的治疗效果,分析和探讨中医综合疗法治疗带状疱疹的价值和意义。方法:将2013年6月-2014年6月来我院皮肤科住院治疗的56例带状疱疹患者平均分为对照组和观察组,观察组患者采取中医综合疗法方案进行治疗,而对照组患者采取西医药物治疗,比较和观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及症状、体征消退时间。结果:对照组患者的病变好转时间、疼痛缓解时间、结痂时间三方面内容和观察组患者相比明显占劣势,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用中医综合疗法治疗带状疱疹临床效果显著,治疗时间短,值得临床推荐。

Objective： To analyze and explore clinical effects of TCM comprehensive therapy on shingles, in order to improve effects of herpes zoster. Methods： 56 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group was given TCM comprehensive therapy; another was given western medicine. Results： Lesions improved time, pain relief time, crusting time in the observation group were significantly better, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM comprehensive therapy has good effects, shorter treatment time, and is worthy of recommendation in clinic.
