Experience of Prof. ZHANG Xin-jian for treating chronic urticarial in children

荨麻疹是一种常见的过敏性顽固性皮肤病,是由多种原因所致的一种常见皮肤、黏膜小血管扩张及渗透性增加而出现的一种局限性水肿反应性疾病。张新建教授临证分析认为小儿慢性荨麻疹其病位主要在肺,与脾胃二脏关系密切,基本病机为营卫失和,脾胃蕴热。临床运用中医药辨证治疗小儿慢性荨麻疹多获良效,其经验值得借鉴。

Urticarial is a common stubborn allergic skin disease, and is caused by many factors. Urticarial is also a localized edema reaction disease, which shows small vessel vasodilatation in skin and mucous membrane and increasing of small vessel permeability. Prof. ZHANG Xin-jian thought that the location of disease was lung. The pathogeny of the disease was related to Piwei. The basic pathogeny was Yingwei Shihe and Piwei Yunre. His experience was used to treat the disease with good efficacy, and was confirmed with reference significance.
