天麻钩藤饮联合黛力新治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效分析

A clinical analysis of treating vertigo in vertebor-basilar insufficiency with Tianma Gouteng Yin plus deanxit

目的:探讨天麻钩藤饮联合黛力新治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)性眩晕的疗效。方法:将80例椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)性眩晕的患者随机分为两组,对照组用灯盏细辛注射液、谷维素及氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。观察组在对照组的治疗基础上,另口服黛力新与天麻钩藤饮治疗,两组均连用2周后判断疗效。结果:观察组与对照组有效率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:天麻钩藤饮联合黛力新治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效显著,且副作用少,值得推广使用。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Tianma Gouteng Yin plus deanxit on vertigo of vertebor-basilar insufficiency. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given the Dengzhan Xixin injection, oryzanol and flunarizine capsules; another was given deanxit more. Results： Efficacy in the observation group was better, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Tianma Gouteng Yin plus deanxit shows significantly effects, less side effects, and is worthy of promotion.
