风湿疼痛散治疗风湿性关节炎的效果分析

A clinical analysis of treating rheumatoid arthritis with Fengshi Tengtong San

目的:探讨分析风湿疼痛散治疗风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取我院2011年10月-2012年10月间收治的80例风湿性关节炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者40例。观察组患者在应用西药(舒达宁,甲氨蝶呤,柳氮磺吡啶)治疗的基础上,给予中药风湿疼痛散治疗。对照组患者仅给予常规西药治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、用药时间、并发症和复发率。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为92.5%(37/40),对照组患者的总有效率为77.5%(31/40),总有效率比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义。观察组的用药时间明显短于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。观察组的并发症和复发率优于对照组,两组比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:风湿疼痛散治疗风湿性关节炎的效果良好,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of Fengshi Tengtong San on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was given western medicine and Fengshi Tengtong San, and another was given western medicine more. Results： The total efficacy in the observation group was 92.5%, higher than 77.5% in the control, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Medication time in the observation group was obviously shorter, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Fengshi Tengtong San shows good effects, and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
